I am honored to be here today! Andrea is one of my best blog friends and is the writer and producer of one of my most fav blogs known to man (Glam Hungry Mom)! Plus to top all that off I get to share one of my favorite recipes! I mean who doesn't just love peanut butter and jelly right? Okay well who doesn't love cheesecake? K what stops you from eating these things? What your waist line? Well this recipe literally lets you have your cheesecake and eat it to. Here is what ya do to make this yummy creation...
Serving Size: 1 slice
Fat: 12 g
Carbs: 17 g
Fiber: 2 g
Protein: 9 g
Her Are Your Ingredients:
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 1/2 cups strawberry Greek yogurt (I used Greek God's brand)
9 graham crackers - low fat
4 tablespoons butter - low fat
2 tablespoons jelly
Place crackers in large zip lock and roll out with rolling pin until crackers turn to crumbs. Mix crumbs with melted butter until stirred completely. Pat down crumbs in a pie tin or square cake pan (I used a 8X8 cake pan). In medium mixing bowl combine and stir yogurt and peanut butter. Pour peanut butter and jelly mixture into crust and let sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating. You may be wondering to yourself where is the cream cheese? I promise it is not necessary in this recipe!
