PEOPLE Magazine Oscars Double Issue + Target Gift Card Giveaway

If you haven't heard the Oscars are this Sunday.  PEOPLE Magazine 2013 Oscars Double Issue is coming out March 1st, and I can not wait to get my hands on it.  PEOPLE Magazine is always my go-to magazine for awards season and this year will be no different.  The quality of the pages and images are superior to other mags, and they always have the best fashion shots.

I went to college for Fashion Marketing/Merchandising and I would always look forward to the Monday after the Oscars.  We would always start the class talking about the fashion, hair, and makeup.  Who was wearing what, hits/misses, and which designers were our favorite.  I would always purchase the PEOPLE Magazine Oscars Issue and proceed to cut out my favorite looks for my trend book of the year.

I look forward to the Red Carpet edition of PEOPLE Magazine every year.  I love seeing the Best & Worst Dressed, the behind the scenes dirt, and who the celebs are wearing.  I also enjoy seeing all the after party pictures where the celebs let loose after the most prestigious award ceremony of the year.  This year the PEOPLE Magazine 2013 Oscars Double Issue will hit stands on March 1 through March 18.  You know I will be snatching mine up March 1st.

I can't wait to see Seth MacFarlane host the Oscars.  He will undoubtedly be hilarious, and I am sure he is going to look dapper for the Oscars.  Maybe he will even be on the Best Dressed list!

Speaking of which, I can not wait to see what Jennifer Lawrence is going to wear.  She first appeared on my radar when she stunned in her red Calvin Klein number for the 2011 Oscars.  She is nominated for an Oscar this year, and I'm sure she is going to knock it out of the park.  She said she went with comfort for the 2011 Oscars (above), and is going for fashion this award season.  If she looks that good in comfort I can't wait to see how jaw-dropping she is going to look in her fashion-forward dress.

Say what you want about "Jolie-ing" but Angelina looked fierce.  She can do no wrong in my fashion eyes.  She may play it safe with colors, but she always wears silhouettes that compliment her.  I'm curious to see where she has her pop of color for the 2013 Academy Awards.  Will her dress be colorful or will she add a red lip, bold jewelry, or a fab shoe?  

I am beyond ecstatic to see what the celebrities are wearing.  What do you think is going to be the popular color of the night?
