Perfect Pumpkin Protein Shake

Pumpkin Protein Shake - perfect for a delicious post-workout shake or breakfast!

Back home, I would always order the pumpkin pie smoothie from Emerald City Smoothie.  It tastes so good! I decided to make my own pumpkin protein shake.  It’s easy, quick, and delicious.   

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. milk of choice
  • 1 serving of vanilla protein powder 
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Enjoy!
