That Time I Was A Blonde

Every time I tell someone I was blonde no one can imagine it.  I decided to post some pictures to show you guys what it looked like.  I’m not going to lie…I kind of miss it!

I think I will do this look again in the future. I need to have the patience to go to the salon every 4 weeks.  My coconut was still an infant, and being away from him that long was too hard for me.

It looks slightly darker in this picture, but you get the idea.

With my sissy.  She’s not really my sister, but we bonded like sisters.  We are both Japanese and I protected her like a sister.

With the hubs and coconut (napping in my Ergo) at the Yale vs. Harvard football game.  I was so worried my hair would become dull as a blonde, but it still stayed shiny.  My hair became blonde in the first try because it was so healthy.  Whoop Whoop!

What do you guys think of the blonde hair?  I wish I could do it right now while my hair is shorter.  It took me 3 1/2 hours to get it done when it was longer.

Have you ever taken a beauty leap?  I think chopping all my hair off was a bigger stretch for me than becoming blonde.

thought I like the blonde…I think I like your hair darker better. Just my opinon, or maybe I am bias because I have dark hair?

I am scared of doing anythign different with my hair for fear of a mental breakdown. My hair will always be BLACK and LONG.

I always think I want to chop my hair and when I do, I love it for a day and then want my long hair back!

I got highlights about a year ago and didn’t really care too much for them. I think if I choose to go lighter, it will be an all over kind of color.

But I doubt I’ll chop my hair again- I love it long!

    Youre beautiful either way girl!
I did the opposite and went completely brunette about 3 1/2 years ago… It looked great and warmed up my skin but the maintenance was crazy since I am blonde, the grow out looked grey… Not that awesome on a 25-year old at the time ;)

Thats crazy, I love you either way! I had a blonde pixie cut for years and an array of colors when i was in my early 20’s. I stick to my natural color now and get highlights every once in awhile.

I like the blonde, but I think I like the darker brown better.

Very pretty! I’m a natural sandy blonde who colored my hair deep auburn for almost a year. It looked great, but I missed my natural coloration.

You are gorgeous as a blonde, and a brunette! I always envy girls who can pull off either. I’ve tried going brunette before and for some reason it doesn’t work on me!
